Notices:

- Install 1st gear with cone end facing up (front of transmission).
- Align the synchronous ring slider with the slider slot.
- Attach the engagement set to the spline hub, slide into the spline hub slot, then install the slide spring
- Install the sliding block spring so that the distance A and B between the sliding block and the open end of the spring is approximately equal, and the opening cannot be in the same direction at both ends
- The wide end of the outer surface of the coupling sleeve should face the 1st gear, and align the synchronous ring slider with the slider groove
- Hit the spline hub body face with a rubber hammer and press it into direct contact with the end face of the two-axis step
- Install the inner clasp, then measure the gap between the inner clasp and the spline hub. If the gap exceeds the standard value, select the thickest clasp installation that can be assembled from the table below
- Align the slider on the synchronization ring with the slider slot
