1. Install the anti slip wheel stopper

2. Remove the transmission shaft, gearbox support bolts, and pull rods to support the engine 3. Remove the gearbox connecting bolts, remove the gearbox assembly, and drain the waste oil

4. Remove the clutch bearing, fork, and fork shaft

5. Remove the end cover of the first shaft, take out the first shaft assembly

6. Open the safety plate, unscrew the nut, and remove the bearing from the first shaft

7. Check the fit clearance between the bearing and the bearing. If the detection exceeds the limit, it should be repaired.

8. Heat the new bearing and quickly install it onto the first shaft, install the nut, and lock the fuse.

9. Install the first shaft assembly into the gearbox housing, assemble the front cover, and tighten the bolts.Drive the first bearing in the neutral position, and it should rotate flexibly without jamming.

10. Check and assemble the clutch bearing, shift fork, and shift fork shaft, and add the specified lubricating oil.

11. Assemble the gearbox assembly, transmission shaft, connecting rod, and fastening bolts.
