When checking the radial clearance of the bearing, hold the inner ring with one hand and move the outer ring horizontally with the other hand, the movement of the dial indicator is the radial clearance of the bearing; To check the axial clearance of the bearing, press the outer ring with your hand while pushing up the inner ring with your finger. The movement of the dial gauge is the axial clearance of the bearing. Radial clearance is not greater than 0.30mm, axial clearance is not greater than 0.50mm, otherwise the rolling bearing should be replaced.
4. Measure the inner diameter and outer diameter of the inner ring of the rolling bearing with a measuring tool, and the corresponding size of the journal and bearing seat hole. The matching of the rolling bearing with the journal and bearing seat hole should meet the limit standard, otherwise the bearing should be replaced or the journal and bearing seat hole should be repaired.
